Today’s posts at Watt’s Up With That are particularly enlightening. The idea that top scientists are all in agreement on AGW is ludicrous. The other two papers today suggest that the rate of arctic ice melt is exaggerated as is “climate sensitivity.”
I highlighted the paper by the Princeton physicist because there has always been something of a revolt against AGW among physicists. Some physicists have been asserting for years that the AGW model contradicts Newton (the second law of thermodynamics, I believe). More recently, an eminent physicist (who has recently passed on, may he rest in peace) quit his membership in the American Physical Society because of its uncritical acceptance of the dogma. Now we have this paper.
